Country Music's latest newlywed, Sara Evans, wants families to spend more quality time together, and what better place than the dinner table.
The Country Music star recently teamed with Libby’s Vegetables, adding her voice to the company’s famous jingle, “When it says Libby's, Libby's, Libby's on the label, label, label."
Evans points to her own childhood as the reason behind her decision to encourage families to share their dining experience with one another.
"I grew up on a big farm in Missouri and family dinners together make up my most cherished childhood memories,” she said. “Today, as a busy mom, I make it a personal goal to cook and sit down for family dinnertime at least three times a week. That's why I jumped at the chance to remake this jingle -- it's really a tribute to one of the simple joys of life -- time as a family."
The jingle will premiere September 1st on Country stations nationwide and can also be heard at www.GetBackToTheTable.com. The website will also launch a national contest on the same date that will give one lucky fan the chance to have dinner with Sara Evans backstage at one of her concerts.
